All Fitness Levels Welcome in Our Social Club
The Hash House Harriers - a worldwide, non-competitive social running and walking club famously described as 'a drinking club with a running problem'*.
Enjoy regular running, jogging, or walking with friends who value fun and socialising just as much as fitness. Our inclusive group meets weekly at various locations in the local area.
Your first hash is free. Thereafter we ask for £3 per hash. This provides free drinks and snacks afterwards, and a series of shiny things (see our Awards page, here)
*Drinking is optional and voluntary
The 'rooftop pizza party' scene below is, frankly, unlikely and probably unwise. Spillage of alcohol like that depicted may be punished. Big show-off watches and phones are frowned upon. Burberry is not an approved hash material.

Fitness and Friendship in Every Step
'Hashers, meet the hashers'
Rutland Hash House Harriers is a social running club blending light-hearted exercise with a post-activity social. Whether you run, jog, or walk, you'll find a welcoming community that accommodates personal pace and ability..
Please note that the people in the pics below are probably not hashers. Not many of us are that young, or adventurous, anymore. Nor do we go out with massive backpacks.
You get the idea, though.
